Is the Post Office open tomorrow? (Tuesday)
The Postal Service is in a crisis, caused by the coronavirus, and Congress needs to act, urgently. The coronavirus shutdown is plummeting postal revenues while increasing costs. COVID-19 and the Post Office
The USPS affirms that the Postal Service is an essential service, with post office locations open to foot traffic while complying with any state or municipality safety orders related to COVID-19. Users should practice social distancing. Mail will continue to be delivered, but closed businesses can request a temporary hold.
PostOfficeOpen.com recommends checking your local Post Office and the USPS Service Alerts web page for updates on any disruptions, and we will also update our site as soon as we receive new information.
